Great job, ladies!

Felicidades, estudiantes! These seniors have earned their Seal of Biliteracy. Students are given a rigorous test covering reading, speaking, listening, and writing in Spanish. To earn the Iowa Seal of Biliteracy, students must score 5 or higher in each section. To earn the Montezuma Seal of Biliteracy, students must have an averaged score of 5 or higher in all sections and have been in Spanish for all 4 years of high school.

The 5th grade got to join in on the owl knowledge by dissecting owl pellets, learning about owls and what they eat!



Mr. Smith took his HS physics class to the Adventureland Physics day. Students worked with an app to measure various aspects of their assigned rides, listen to a presentation about opportunities in the engineering profession, got to meet and talk with various physics professors and experts and of course, ride a few amusement rides.

Preschoolers enjoyed learning about May Day and putting together fun May Day Cups to share! 💐🍭🌼

The fourth grade group have been spending some time learning about volcanoes and how they erupt! Today they were able to demonstrate their knowledge by erupting volcanoes! 🌋

On Tuesday, April 7th, Montezuma 32 businesses and organizations for their annual Trades Fair. Junior and senior high students were able to have some awesome hands-on experiences that gave them a glimpse into what different careers could look like!

To celebrate National FFA week last week, 6 students drove their tractors to school on Friday! What an awesome way to end a fun week. Students who participated were: Rett Pargeon, Kaden Latcham, Casey Dezwarte, Kaden Baestle, Wyatt Grimm, and Aidan Chidester.
