High Five Thursday - Thank you to our HS Volleyball Team!!!

🍎📚 George Washington Visits 5th Grade! 🌎🔬
Mrs. Robison goes above and beyond to bring learning to life for her students! She takes her role as an educator seriously and understands the importance of making learning meaningful, engaging, and memorable. From dressing the part to capture her students’ attention to fully immersing herself in her Social Studies and Science lessons, she brings enthusiasm, creativity, and passion into the classroom!
Great teachers know that building relationships, sparking curiosity, encouraging participation, and creating exciting learning experiences can make all the difference. ALL of our teachers here at Montezuma do just that, day in and day out!!
Thank you, Mrs. Robison, for your dedication, creativity, and commitment to making learning an experience your students will remember! We LOVE seeing how involved she gets in helping her students explore, discover, and learn! ❤️🍎👏

What a GREAT way for our elementary students to start their day with positivity, encouragement, and high fives! 💙💛 Thank you to our XC team for helping our students start their Friday with smiles and a positive step forward!

Each month, we celebrate the classes that earn the most Gold Tickets by demonstrating positive choices throughout our elementary school!
To earn a Gold Ticket, students must BE SAFE, BE RESPONSIBLE, and BE KIND in all common areas, including the hallways, cafeteria, playground, and school bus. 🚌💛
Way to go, September Golden GOATS! 🐐💛 We are so proud of you for showing what it means to be a GREAT GOAT! Keep up the amazing work! 🎉👏

🚒🔥 What an AMAZING week of learning about Fire Safety! 🔥🚒
Last week, our elementary students learned all about fire safety, including escape plans, knowing their addresses and phone numbers, and practicing Stop, Drop, and Roll! 🧯
The Montezuma Fire Department helped us wrap up the week in the BEST way! They arrived EARLY Friday morning to join us for High Five Friday, then treated our students to some unforgettable experiences! 🚒
👏 Elementary students got rides on the fire trucks!
👏 Upper elementary students watched and participated in a hose coupling competition!
👏 Firefighters visited each classroom to talk about fire safety and answer questions!
🍦 And, of course, they surprised everyone with delicious ice cream treats!
We are SO thankful to the Montezuma Fire Department for taking time out of their busy schedules to make learning fun, memorable, and meaningful for our students. Thank you for all you do for our school and community, and for helping our students learn how to stay FIRE SAFE! ❤️🚒
We appreciate you more than you know! 👨🚒👩🚒🔥

Friday night's halftime show will be fantastic with both Rah Rah Rookies and our dance team performing! There is also another opportunity to catch our cross country team in action on home turf!

But you know what they love even more? Our “BIG” kids who come to welcome them to school—especially our REALLY BIG football players! 🏈
We think those big kids get just as much of a kick out of HIGH FIVE Friday as our little kids do! There’s nothing better than starting the day with high fives, smiles, and a little school spirit. 💙
A HUGE thank you to Coach Beck for making this happen! We appreciate you and all of our big kids who take the time to make our little ones feel so special! 🙌🏈
