Financial Plan

The total proposed project cost is $12,500,000, to be funded through a combination of:

  • $6,250,000 in General Obligation Bonds (voter approved)

  • $1,200,000 from PPEL borrowing

  • $4,900,000 from SAVE revenue

  • $200,000 from Investment Income

This conservative and diversified finance strategy allows the district to maintain strong reserves while limiting tax impact.

Estimated Tax Impact: $0.92 per $1,000 of taxable valuation.
