On Saturday, Oct. 18th, the Montezuma JH Bravette Cross Country team competed at Ankeny Centennial for state cross country competition. Out of 46 teams, the Montezuma Bravettes placed 6th. Each team member had 2 mile best times with the following runners medaling individually: Ava (2nd), Brea (26th), Addi (39th), Teagan (40th), and Lucy (49th). Congratulations to the team and coaches on an excellent outing!
