We are pleased and excited to announce and congratulate Mr. Kevin Gartman who has been recognized by the Iowa Department of Education as the Central Rivers Teacher of The Year! He is one of nine finalists for Iowa Teacher of The Year which will be announced later. Kevin is a exceptional role model, teacher, and coach at Montezuma CSD.
