THANK YOU for agreeing to volunteer! We couldn't host this event without all of you who choose to lend their time and energy to have such a great event. Basic Volunteer Etiquette
Dress appropriately; no school name apparel
Do not personally address any performers; treat everyone the same
Do not eat or drink during the performances
When speaking, speak loud enough so you can be heard
If questions, please call the main office (005)
Arrival/Departure
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your job assignment
Pick up materials in the main office prior to your shift
If you are a timer and choose to use your phone, please be sure it is fully charged
Once you are done with your shift for the day, return materials back to the main office

Parking
Please park in the South or North parking lots on contest day.
