FFA Competes At State Competition

Members of the Montezuma JR/SR High FFA competed at the State FFA Competition in Ames on April 20th and 21st. They walked away with three State Championships and numerous other achievements.   State Champions included the 7th Grade Ag CSI team of Maddy McKeag, Caymen DeJong, Madelyn DeJong, Mikayla Henry, Chiane Hartman, and Carissa Van Zee.  Tyler Geiger was the State Champion in Radio Broadcasting and the Ag Communications Team of Austin Henry, Erin Cooper and Allison Wheeler also ended the week as State Champs.  The 8th Grade Ag Impact team earned a State Runner-Up finish.  Members of the team were Paige Robison, Olivia Moretz, Daniel Bryan, Mya Pargeon, Harry Hamilton and Tess Geiger.
