My name is Abby Herring, formerly known as Abby Warren. I am originally from Carlisle, Iowa. I studied at Central College, where I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education & Social Science in 2017. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to study abroad in London, England, for a semester while I was in college!

Family

I got married in September to my husband,  Brett. Together, we live in Altoona, Iowa, with our Saint Bernard puppy named Bill.

Hobbies

My hobbies include playing with my puppy, traveling, quilting, and spending time with my friends and family.

Teaching

Last year, I was a long-term substitute in Montezuma. This year, I am teaching 7th and 8th Grade English and Language Arts. It has been a great year so far! I am also the middle school council advisor which helps plan jh dances, the week week of homecoming, and christmas decorations!
